Beautiful spacious home with everything you might need for a family getaway. Close to the bluffs for coastline walks. The property management were very responsive to our queries and even helped us extend our stay.

We had a terrific time. Great house with large kitchen and LR area. Family enjoyed walks to nearby beaches - all beautiful - and the hot tub in the evenings.

This house worked wonderfully for two parents and four teenagers. The house is perfectly located within Sea Ranch, very close to the ocean and within walking distance of two wonderful beaches. The home was clean, quiet and had plenty of space for everyone. Would definitely stay here again - thank you!

The house was wonderful. Lovely open floor plan with a great kitchen. We saw a lot of deer in the meadow off of the deck. Loved the hot tub!

House was in great condition. Great location with easy access to bluff trail. You can hear the ocean waves. Large house with good lay out for our large family.

Wonderful location!

This lovely home worked well for us as we had two adults and 4 children. There is ample hiking trails which are easy to locate. The area is close to parks and beaches which we all thoroughly enjoyed.

Lovely House

We had the best time at the Deer View house! It was clean and very spacious for my family of 4. Great location to the bluff trail and Shell Beach. My kids loved walking to the playground everyday down the street. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay :)

Great house for family vacation

House was great for our family of 4 plus dog. We enjoyed that it was large, airy, with views of the water (and a trail down to the water was close to the house). 5-10 min to Gualala for food and 10-15 min to Sea Ranch Lodge. Very quiet and peaceful.

What a hidden gem! Loved it!

My husband, my two kids ages 13 and 10 stayed here for three nights. What a wonderful home! The kids have never liked a vacation I’ve planned so far, but they loved this one. They’re talking about the next time we go to Sea Ranch. Total win!

Wonderful property with great views

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house was clean, well-equipped, and in excellent condition. The playroom with some kids' activities was a great bonus for our group. We loved seeing the deer when we opened our shades in the morning, and had a great time cooking in the spacious kitchen. Would love to go back!

comfortable and quiet

House was very nice, open floor plan, and easy access to all the local amenities. Only negative was the windows were very dirty and in need of cleaning. A big part of the reason to go there is to take in nature and the ocean.

Peaceful and fun vacation in Sea Ranch!

Our family (2 adults, 3 children) and our friends (2 adults, 1 child) had a wonderful time at this property for a week of summer vacation! We loved every moment: watching our kids and dog play on the beach; taking evening strolls along the cliffs; swimming at the nearby Rec center pools; playing tennis and pickleball; driving into Gualala to shop for delicious home-cooked meals; soaking in hot tub and enjoying the comfortable living areas in the evenings. It was a perfect rental property for our families' summer break.

A Little Attention to teh Property would work wonders!

Great location and wonderful layout. Kitchen tools need a serious upgrade and good cleaning. Wonderful hot tub location Just needs a little TLC

Great location close to One Eyed Jack’s and great beaches. Spacious, bright and comfortable beds.

We really enjoyed our stay. The main bedrooms were great. The third bedroom has sliding doors to separate it from the kitchen/dining room which worked fine for our kids but for adults there would be limited privacy and ability to block out noise. Great patios that are fully enclosed. No ability to use garage for parking or storage.
