Hello and welcome to the Chasa Munt Plan - Welcome to the cozy 3 ½-room apartment with a wonderful view of the Lower Engadine Dolomites. The apartment is located in Ftan Sainas, directly next to the cross-country ski trail and the children's ski area Ftan, as well as the ski bus. The Ftan-Prui chairlift is easily accessible on foot or by ski bus from Ardez-Ftan.



Ftan is located on a sun-drenched plateau, away from the hustle and bustle. On the opposite side of the valley, the Lower Engadine Dolomites rise dominantly behind Tarasp Castle, embedding the village in an alpine picture-book landscape. The 400-year-old Alpine Mill of Ftan tells of the once-rich grain culture. The Ftan-Prui chairlift quickly and reliably takes you up the mountain and directly to the Motta Naluns snow sports area in winter. The children's area with magic carpet makes it easier for beginners to start skiing, and this is located directly opposite the apartment. The toboggan run between Prui and Ftan also offers pure snow fun for both big and small.

In the friendly and cozy apartment (approx. 80 m2), one can fully enjoy the vacation. From the living room with a large dining table with corner bench, exposed beams and from the windows and the adjacent terrace (with stone table and grill) facing west, one has a great view of the Lower Engadine Dolomites. The kitchen-living area is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop and refrigerator with large freezer compartment. In the living room, the fireplace is the highlight for cozy hours by the crackling fire.



The approx. 80 m2 large apartment is located on the 1st floor of a multi-family house with a sunny seating area and a view. The ski bus stop Ardez-Ftan is only a few minutes' walk away. The cross-country ski trail and the children's area with magic carpet are located directly in front of the front door. You can conveniently reach the village center with restaurants and shopping opportunities on foot.

Enjoy the most beautiful time of the year in Ftan and let yourself be conquered by the unique natural and cultural landscape. Enjoy a cozy walk through the old district, relax at Lake Ftan, in the bath and sauna landscape of Bogn Engiadina, or take one of the countless hikes in the Swiss National Park and enjoy the family ski area Motta Naluns in winter.
