The customer service staff were kind and attentive, but unfortunately that was the only bright spot of our stay. The buffet breakfast and dinner were genuinely terrible — very limited options and shockingly poor quality for the price. One dessert was still frozen solid, and several dishes were completely inedible. Drink selections at both the buffet and pool bar were sparse and disappointing. After just two days of using the pool, every person in our group — children and adults alike — became sick, raising serious concerns about the water quality. Activity offerings were minimal, and the arcade was small and outdated compared to other resorts charging similar prices. Our room door lock was broken, requiring us to repeatedly slam the door just to get it to latch. Despite contacting maintenance five separate times, the issue wasn’t resolved until our final day. Overall, this resort falls far below the standard set by nearby options like Camelback and Kalahari. Based on our experience, I would not recommend staying here.

wonderful. even I felt like am in a magical forest too bad the wand kind off expensive it would be nice to experience it. there was a Round the clock activities in the lobby for the kids to enjoy. Never knew there were golf and bowling in the 1st floor don't missed that.
