What a great home! Cesar was an incredible host. arranging our travel from the airport, whale watching, and just being available for anything we needed. The house itself was fantastic! It is well equipped, and everything worked. It is important to know that the 4th bedroom connects to the rest of the house through the primary bedroom, and shares the primary bedroom bath. We were there with our 3 adult kids and their partners, and it was perfect!

Perfect stay at Kevin and Jen's beautiful vacation home. Easy walking distance from town, yet also quiet and calm. Comfortable beds and with all the amenities you need, including AC, a great, well-stocked kitchen for occasional home-cooked meals, and plenty of space for our group of seven. Coming home to relax by the pool was great. Cesar, the host, was wonderful, helped with coordinating excursions, and was available for any questions. Highly, highly recommend!

Our stay at Casa Compadres was 5 star! The house was perfectly located and clean. Our concierge Cesar was a huge help with all pre-travel arrangements and during our visit. We would recommend this property to anyone traveling to Sayulita!

Great House, Great Location

My husband and I took our 20 year old son and his friends to this house. It was clean, spacious and the location was great. Close to the quieter North Beach and a very short walk to the busier center of town. We had a great time. My only issue with the house is there is no AC in the common areas so we didn’t use them (it was very hot when we went). The ACs in the bedrooms worked great though and we spent a lot of time as a group at the pool which is lovely. Overall I recommend this house but just be aware of the AC situation in the hotter months. Also the hill is very steep so while it is close to everything, if anyone staying there has mobility issues that could be an issue (wasn’t a problem for us but we definitely got a workout walking up there).

5 stars for Casa de Compadres

I stayed here for a week w 5 friends (3 couples) and it was fantastic! The house is beautiful. The pool is great. The grounds are really pretty and the location is perfect. It’s about a 5 minute walk into town or the beach. I felt super safe. And it was just enough away from the heart of town that it was pretty quiet (until the roosters started doing their thing, but I thought that was charming and always being ear plugs.) also, there is an awesome “margarita deck” that was perfect for having some tequilla and watching the sunset. Cesar was extremely helpful about everything—-arranging transport to and from the airport, suggesting activities and answer random questions. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Sayulita!

Fabulous week in sunny Sayulita!

Casa Compadres was the perfect home to share with two other couples. Lots of spaces to spread out or join together for happy hour on the roof top deck. The house is beautifully decorated with unique art and well supplied. It was an easy walk to the quiet north end beach or to the centre of town for exciting night life, restaurants and live music. The owner Kevin and host Cesar were always available and helpful. We would definitely return and have already recommended it to friends and family.

Girls trip 50th bday.

Can not express enough how great this property was. Location was perfect! 5 or less minute walk to town and the beach. Beautiful town and ocean views. Cesar was fantastic! So very helpful with our requests. Golf cart available when needed. Although we realized day one that it wasn’t necessary for us. The location was perfect! There is a short steep hill to get to and from town. But completely doable. My sister was wearing a “boot”’due to injury, and had no problem. The property was clean, cozy and safe. The only downside was the rooster that woke up very early and wanted the entire town to wake up as well😊. Cesar recommend a chef that cooked for us 3 nights. Unbelievable! Layfe and his team were so great. The food prepared was exceptional! We will be back! ❤️

Compadre Review

We have always stayed on the beach when visiting Sayulita, but wanted to stay more 'in town' and 'up the hill'. It did not disappoint! This is a great in town property. Access to town was an easy walk and the property itself offers a retreat feeling with the pool, hammocks, top deck with a grill that looks over town and the bay. I would choose this property again!

Perfect home in the perfect location

We had an amazing time at Casa Compadres! We stayed there with our two year old son and the house set up and pool couldn’t be better. The concierge Cesar was incredible. He helped us with a car from PVR, a golf cart, a babysitter, and recommendations for the area. We’re already thinking about our next visit! Thanks, Kevin and Cesar!!

Exceeded expectations!

We fell in love with the town of Sayulita and Casa Compadres! Firstly, Communication was amazing. From moment we booked, Kevin reached out and connected me on an inclusive group chat with my host and concierge who was able to give us the lay of the land prior to arrival. He was instrumental in helping us arrange private airport transportation and activities during our stay. Having real-time access with an English/Spanish speaking dedicated local concierge was an amazing plus! The house was beautiful (pictures really don’t do it justice). It feels more like a home than a vacation rental. The comfy beds, curated sitting and relax areas and the incredible views from the top deck at sunset made the stay very enjoyable. The pool was a popular well used gathering spot for our crew. The manicured backyard provided a nice Oasis in the shade when the kids were in the pool. Also, purified water in the house was a nice feature that put our minds at ease. Location! A short walk to the beach and town, yet far enough away for quiet evenings outside of the bustle. The house is located up a little hill, but it wasn’t an issue as we rented a golf cart to help tour the town. We will definitely be booking again on our next visit to Sayulita.

pool days

great property and the photographs match the home. our group of five were very comfortable and the home has everything you need to enjoy your visit. because the pool was so excellent, we ended up spending the majority of our time in the pool and not the beach. even though the neighboring houses are close, with the "overgrown" landscaping, you didn't notice and had plenty of privacy. we would highly recommend the home and we will return. kevin and cesar were above a five star for their hospitality and quick responses. see ya next time.
