The clerk was vey unwelcoming & argumentative, I told him I didn’t know about the $100 hold & he tried to tell me I did, then told me about my reservation that I had Friday, which I cancelled thru Expedia & we all know that Expedia sometimes takes a while to send cancellations, but not sure why that even mattered, especially when my room was nasty, I showed him the pictures & he seemed unfazed like that’s normal.
