Luxury stay in the perfect spot!

We loved our stay! The decor and amenities made us feel right at home! We loved walking out of the front door onto Jones street with coffee shops and shopping just a few steps away, not to mention the picturesque homes and trees lining the street! I hope it’s available when we visit Savannah again.

It is comprised of an upper and lower suites, each with sitting room, kitchen and bedroom with king size bed. The decor is lovely, and the beds are comfy. West Jones is the ultimate Savannah address!

It was spacious and clean and had almost everything we could need (we only found trash cans in the bathrooms, couldn't find any others, just the recycling bins in the kitchens, and wish there were more blankets for the pull out couches, and we didn't finish off the toilet paper or paper towels but were worried we might run out. Otherwise it was well stocked with anything we might need!). The management company was so easy to get ahold of with any questions and concerns we had, they were very kind and helpful!

I Expected More

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have to say I wasn't all that impressed with the property for the price we paid, and I did expect more. Location was great, loved everything about Savannah and the property was close to everything. What I wasn't impressed with was the condition of the property as far as cleanliness, the front steps were covered in leaves and were slippery, the back patio was also not swept in some time and the furniture was very dirty. The downstairs shower glass hadn't been cleaned and was covered with water spots. The same bathroom's exhaust fan wasn't working either.I gave the property 4 stars and that is more for its location and historic nature.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hi - My family and I had an overall great time at this rental. It was very nice and clean. The only negative thing I have to say is that when we arrived it had been raining all day. The outdoor cushions were not put away, so they were soaked the entire time we were there and the outdoor space was completely unusable. My recommendation would be to keep the cushions dry in an outdoor storage box (or inside the home) and then allow the guests to pull them out when they want to use them...or at the very least, be cognizant of the weather and take them in when there is a tropical storm warning. We were really looking forward to using the outdoor space, so we were disappointed when we arrived.

So beautiful and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Then you walked out the door to ‘everything Savannah’ around the corner and within walking distance. The only thing that was a bit negative was some late night noise from upstairs tenants. But it didn’t bother us sleeping, just in the living area. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful home in a perfect location!

This apartment is perfect for friends or family wanting to explore Savannah. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was walking distance to Forsyth Park, River Street and City Market. Me and my girlfriends absolutely loved staying here. The only minor issue was the security codes for some of the doors were incorrect. But with a quick phone call, we were able to get the right codes. Overall, this was a fantastic stay!

Beautifully decorated. Had everything we needed. Perfect location. The only problem was the code didn’t work when we arrived. Would stay there again.

Lucky Savannah changed our reservation

We booked this property in February 2021. We were notified by Lucky Savannah about a month prior saying they double booked and we were getting bumped. They offered a full refund or two other properties that were not even close to this property. We chose The Grant as the other property had poor reviews. The Grant was horrid. It's industrial and very noisy. The people above us partied Friday night and Saturday night. We received little rest. The property was located closer to river front and on a street that was under construction. We are adult women, who knew what type of property we wanted and it wasn't The Grant. We a month left until our trip, there were no options to cancel. Lucky Savannah did offer small condolence benefits such as free parking, but it still never made up for this disappointment. We were told by locals to not use Lucky Savannah as they have heard this happening to others. A true disappointment. Also, free parking pass was to be in our new property but I had to reach out twice after check in for the pass to be delivered.

Location and Luxury

This was the best rental in Savannah I've stayed in yet. Don't hesitate to book with Lucky Savannah, they always deliver.

Luxe - not disappointed

We rented both 1st and 2nd floors. It was the perfect space for our group. Plenty of space as well as privacy. House was well stocked with thoughtful detail (soap, shampoo, bathro tissue). Great location near everything on the most beautiful street in Savannah. Would stay again.

The location was perfect for our needs and the management staff was phenomenal. Luxe on Jones is now my favorite destination when traveling to Savannah, and will be making an excuse to stay again before the end of the year. I must also say the beds provide the best sleep possible (I am still waiting to receive the brand's of the mattresses). : - )

Not the best home for us

Sorry our original home had an issue But this was not an up grade but a down grade. The house needs many upgrades the furniture was very stained the oven was gross. The out door furniture REALLY. Thelouge chair on the patio was so torn you could not even sit in it. There was a rat in the court yard looking for food oh & let’s not forget about the flying cockroaches we had to kill. Our daughter sleep in the car the one night I can deal with a lot but this was inexcusable. But on a good note Savannah is a wonderful city with a lot of great charm & friendly people.

Not great

To start, Lucky Savannah cancelled our first rental at Lux on Jones that was booked months in advance a week and a half before our trip. Grant street suites was not comparable to our first choice and they did not offer compensation. Grant Suites are loud, the garbage trucks come every night. The smell of cats never goes away. it seemed clean at first glance but stain on the mattress. They charge $60 to check in a few hours early even though the suite was sitting empty for days. Overall not a great experience.
