Roof top bar is fun . 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 staff was extremely polite and well mannered, especially during the all inclusive breakfast. We’d like to thank spring, that’s her name ,, for her wonderful service. We had the King suite on the eighth floor and it was a great room kitchen, living room,bedroom ,bathroom.

The second-floor room was located right next to the sidewalk and roadway, and the traffic noise was extremely loud continuing throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. On a positive note, the rooftop pool was great heated and enjoyable

Beds are uncomfortable. Change mattresses more often. When you have thousands of people a year sleeping in the same bed, it’s going to wear out. the C plug charge in two of the lamps did not work, so you’ll probably need a block. Parking inconvenient in contrast with hotel. Front desk staff, Tiffany & the other two with her were very friendly and helpful. Our balcony door had a makeshift lock and the frame was all bent, just looked janky. Rooftop bar was nice with entertainment. The room was clean, no problems with that. Even though I was put near the elevator, ice machine ( right outside my door), and had an in asked for adjoins room, it was quiet. I heard nothing annoying. If you don’t mind the bed being uncomfortable, this place is just fine. To me personally, the comfort of sleep is very important. If this part is unsatisfactory, that is enough for me to not return, unless I have no choice. It’s not a bad stay, just not a great sleep. : )

Great location, friendly staff and great breakfast. My only issue was the sink, being outside the actual bathroom with no door. When it came time for me to get ready which involved using the hairdryer, I woke my husband up in the mornings.

Nice location. My son loved watching the container ships at night. Breakfast was OK, very similar options everyday and nothing was remarkable.

Front desk was helpful and friendly as were the gentlemen that were out front parking cars. Room was clean, we enjoyed the view of the river. Breakfast was good, and the employees that were working were so nice and seemed to go above and beyond to help everyone who was eating. We spent some time on the 8th floor at the bar. Our bar tender was sweet. We would definitely stay again.
