Secret gardens hidden behind intricate centuries-old iron and brickwork gates......Forsyth Park, with it s wonderful fragrance garden, people and dog watching, farmer s market on Saturday morning s, outdoor concerts, picnic opportunities under a two hundred year old Live Oak tree!!! Friendly, smiling faces wishing you a nice day. Walking through one of the 22 parks located within downtown Savannah and admiring a statue dating back to the 1700 s.
