Located on quiet & serene Park Street you’ll be within walking distance to Mt Baldhead Park & just a five minute drive up to Oval Beach; downtown Douglas & Saugatuck are both just a five minute drive away as well. This home offers 3 stories of living space for your whole group to spread out & enjoy all of the amazing views. The main level of the home features a kitchen open to a large living room. Just off the living area is a classic dining room with windows all around. The lower level of the home features two bedrooms (queen in master & twin over full bunk with additional trundle) plus a full bathroom. Located on top level of the home is the second bedroom featuring a large layout with two queen beds & room for a pack n play. The best features of this home are the many outdoor spaces to enjoy nature all around. The screened in porch is the perfect place for morning coffee or curling up with a book. French doors off both the main level & lower level living rooms each offer additional outdoor space for relaxing & enjoying views of the river.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Overall great experience and location. A larger supply of towels and pillows would have been nice to have. Also the limited space in the dishwasher made things a little more difficult for a group of 8 people. Overall would rent again.

Great location, clean

They were able to get us in a little early, which I appreciated considering it was a busy weekend for the town. The place was nicer than expected and very clean. Only downside was that the refrigerator did not keep anything cold and we were left with spoiled food. The host was not great at getting back to us as I had submitted the fridge issue early on Saturday. The bunk bed in the basement area was a little bit unstable & the bed in the attic did not have a top sheet. Overall stay was enjoyable minus those few challenges.

Sweet Treetop Cottage

This is a cozy spot with easy access to Mt. Baldhead and Chain Ferry. We enjoyed the cute porch to relax.

Neat, clean and well equipped, more parking and master privacy needed

The home was very neat and clean and the kitchen was the most well equipped we have ever rented. More parking is needed since there was parking for only 2 cars. The full glass entry doors to the master bedroom and shared master bath lacked privacy. The blinds did not cover the glass and were installed on the outside of the doors. A second recycle bin is needed since that is picked up only once a month
