Slow response time, very uncomfortable bed. While we slept we could hear everything going on upstairs and it kept waking us up.We decided to end our stay after one night in the bed as it was causing back probelms for my spouse. When I messaged the host about getting a refund for the last two nights he took nearly two days to respond. I wish I never wasted my money renting here as I had to shell out twice as much since we had to get a hotel instead

It’s definitely better than a hotel. Bed is not very comfortable and on a three day stay i messaged the host first thing second day that there was no toilet paper in the suite and now I’m checking out still no toilet paper. That is really my only two complaints everything else is great.

The accommodations were good...the bed was too soft for me but that's just my preference. We couldnt login to the tv, so that was a bit frustrating...maybe some instructions by the tv would help next time.

Great water pressure & plenty of hot water. Found the bed uncomfortable, was main reason we left one day early. Also space in basement was plenty cool enough, but noisy with an air system running 100% of tine (not able to turn noise or system off). Also young kids living above jumping on floor creating after sleep noise.Cutlery was small children size, and there was no salt & pepper. Moldy hamburger buns left in cupboard, as well as food in fridge & freezer.Thanks for leaving sufficient garbage bags & toilet paper.Communication from host was not timely.

Weekend review

Place was super clean, well put together and cute. Downside was owner did not answer messages and I had no way of contacting him until after I had checked in. Had to wait in the driveway of the listing hoping he would show as we had no idea the code to get in, after 40 mins he finally arrived and let us in. No complaints after that, place suited our needs perfectly

Concerns I had was walkway was gravel. No step at side door entrance. Minimal lighting on that side of house. No Kleenex. Leftovers condiments left in fridge. Ie. cheese whiz. Sauces. Cheese whiz was mouldy
