Our wedding schedule didn't leave time for walking into town, we only drove. But the house is a great location for doing that. Beautiful neighborhood, really nice, comfortable house. I had a few simple questions for Fred and he responded immediately.

Close to Racetrack and Restaurants

Our host Fred was a pleasure - quick to respond to questions and very helpful. Checking in and out was smooth with keypad entry. He provided a personalized welcome packet for us including all the info we’d need. The home built in 1870 has been beautifully restored. The large island in the kitchen became the gathering place along with the shaded side porch. Being an older home there are some steeper stairs and a few quirky twists and turns to the different bedrooms but it all added to the overall charm! The location was perfect for us. Close and walkable to the track and downtown but quiet at the same time. Can’t wait to return!

Fantastic house, fantastic spot!

We were able to enjoy all Saratoga has to offer from the perfect, walkable location to everything. The kitchen had all the essential equipment for passers-through and the patio was also a big in - on the side of the house with nice shade all day, we spent most of our time outside when we weren't at the track or downtown! Beds were comfortable, the host as wonderful with communication. Highly recommend!

Wonderful home and location!

This house is absolutely gorgeous! Lots of room for our family and friends, and five teenagers. We walked into town each night for dinner, and took in the surrounding community, which is just breathtaking. Fred was a super responsive host, and made check in and check out easy!

Perfect rental

The house was the perfect rental for our family and friends. The house had extra beds, pack n play, high chair... the location was also perfect. Walk to town but quiet street. The house was very clean and had a fully equipped kitchen. Fred was easy to reach and check in went smooth. I would love to rent it again.

Great Spring Weekend

We had short stay as we were headed further North. The home was perfect for our needs and the owner was very responsive. We enjoyed the town. I hope to return again someday during racing season and I would certainly consider staying at this home if available.

Friend Reunion

The house has charm and character. Kitchen is a great gathering place. Location is perfect, we walked to Caroline Street and Broadway everyday and night even in the bitter cold. Fred is a great host and reached out throughout or stay. Beds were comfortable.

Christmas 2023

I took my family from FL to Saratoga for a winter Christmas. And although we did not get snow we did get to experience the holiday lights of downtown Saratoga. The house is walking distance to Broadway. The home is the perfect combination of Saratoga charm and modern conveniences. The kitchen is the perfect gathering place. The Livingroom was comfy and cozy, perfect spot to open our gifts and share some special family time. Our host Fred was easy to reach and was a pleasure to work with, very understanding when our flights were delayed and gave a few extra hours in his wonderful home. I would without hesitation recommend this rental for either winter or summer stays.

Very nice home

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The bed we slept in (room with sitting area) was very comfortable. We were able to choose our on PIN to get into the home. The location was wonderful, quiet and close to everything we needed. We had a small issue that was quickly resolved by the owner. We would recommend this property to anyone who has the privilege of staying in Saratoga Springs!

Saratoga in August

House was clean and neat, nice decor, great location between the track and downtown. A lot more space than some of the other properties we stayed in. Fred was available if needed, great host. If you like summers in Saratoga, this is the place.

The Best Location

This property was absolutely amazing everything brand new clean simple,everything you needed. Easy access Fred was always available if we needed him had a side porch backyard with grill and 0.4 miles to the racetrack and about a half a mile to downtown we walked everywhere. Definitely a gem if you're going to Saratoga. All four couples feel the same had a great time thanks again Fred

Beautiful, charming home in Downtown Saratoga!

We cannot say how much we enjoyed staying here! A gem with the perfect location- walking distance to Downtown Saratoga. Fred was a wonderful host and made our stay so wonderful. Beautiful porch, very clean and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone staying in Saratoga! Thanks Fred!
