Comfort Inn & Suites

So close to many stores & restaurants. So reasonably priced.

Not very competent at front desk, manager was pretty belligerent to me when it was apparent his clerk had made a mistake but he wanted it to be our fault, finally got it resolved but had to be inconvenienced to move rooms. Just remember it is a comfort inn and you get what you pay for including the caliber of the staff. Also know the property has a busy interstate behind it which creates noise from the back rooms of the property. The front is fine.

The location was convenient for us, and the hotel itself was nicer than expected... except for the beds. Wow, I've never slept on a more uncomfortable bed, with more useless pillows before. Rotten night's sleep, but your mileage may vary. That said, the staff was wonderful, the lobby was charming and well appointed, and the breakfast (while of lackluster quality) was free and plentiful. For the price, it's a good deal overall.

The staff were so nice and friendly when we arrived. The room was nice and clean. The pool was very small but was warm and comfortable. The gym is also small but quiet and handy. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. Overall, a great stay that we would definitely repeat again.

Nice hotel, rooms are large, love the fridge and microwave in the room. Breakfast was a nice touch, nothing fancy but coffee and a bite on my way out the door is appreciated. I stayed here because they accept dogs and a nominal fee. I am traveling with a dog most of the time.

VERY comfortable...price is just right. Thank you.

Had a one night stay. Staff was very friendly and help full. Couldn't ask for better staff accommodations. Felt that the price for one night was a little steep. Especially for February.. all in all, a good stay.

The stay was pretty good. My son was bummed out that the pool was closed and I was annoyed that no one told me when checking in. We walked down to the pool & there was just a sign on the door saying sorry.

Decent stay. A little loud. Pool is a small, odd, combination of pool and whirlpool. Haven't seen that before.

This hotel was fine for the price, nothing special though. It's a bit out of the way from town, and although the room was perfectly neat and clean, it was nothing to write home about. The staff, however, were exceptionally helpful and friendly, and that made up for the lackluster room. I didn't even bother with the breakfast, which was standard hotel fare. Nice to have coffee available though. All in all it was fine, just not great.

This hotel was in a great location for what we needed. Will stay again when we are in the area. The only downside was that there are no refridgerators in the room that aren't suites.

Hotel is immaculately clean and very comfortable. Great beds, furnishings, brand new TVs, and lots of hot water. The continental breakfast included in the room price was perfectly adequate and included scrambled eggs, sausage, make your own waffle station, etc. We spent only one night in Saratoga to go the race track, and chose this hotel because they did not have a 2 (or 3) night minimum on the holiday weekend. It suited our needs perfectly.

Easy to locate and convinient to local attractions. We found the room to be well kept and comfortable. Everything worked. Complimentary breakfast was the perfect way to start the day. It also shares a huge parking lot with a well known family restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Overall, a great place to stay.

Near lots of shopping and restaurants, as well as the interstate; clean, affordable with a good hot breakfast; the pool was a little small, but the staff was friendly, kind and extremely helpful

Check in was easy and the complimentary bag of goodies was a nice touch. Didn't get to the room until late and was up and out early. Staff was helpful & friendly.

Everything was perfect - thanks!

I was in town to offer support to a family member that was ill. I was looking forward to a swim in the evening after spending all day at the hospital. I was informed that the pool was not chemically balanced to swim in. The problem was not resolved while I was a guest.

Top-notch front desk staff and service - friendly, helpful and well-informed. Always welcomed with a smile. Provide me with distilled water for my CPAP. Knowledgeable about local dining and directions. Room was quite and clean. All-in-all, a very pleasant experience.

Hotel was convenient to Skidmore and shopping areas. Breakfast buffet was sparse, only scrambled eggs, hockey puck sausage and a few cereal choices.

My husband and I needed a quick, cheap, somewhat decent room to stay in Saratoga for a wedding. We weren't looking for anything fancy, but did not want to feel like we were staying in a roach motel either. This place was just that--nice, clean, comfortable, and cheap. The breakfast the next morning was free--but terrible. All I could really stomach was the cold cereal. But overall the room was clean, and close to all the major malls and shopping. I would recommend this place if you just are looking for a place to crash for the night, not for a romantic weekend away or family vacation.
