Everything was perfect. I’m not sure what time the bar opens but there were a couple people sitting around the bar having drinks. My Husband and I went to the bar to hang out and we sat there for 10 minutes and nobody came out of the kitchen. So we left and went somewhere else, but the hotel is great.

The Adelphi Hotel in Saratoga Springs is such a beautiful property — it perfectly blends historic charm with modern luxury. The rooms are elegant and spacious, the service is excellent, and the location is ideal — right in the heart of downtown Saratoga, so you can easily walk to shops, cafés, and it is very near to the racecourse. They’ve also done recent renovations that really elevate the guest experience — think stunning interiors, marble bathrooms, and thoughtful amenities that make your stay extra special. It’s honestly one of my favorite hotels in upstate New York for a weekend getaway or special occasion.
