A good location if you are going to an event at SPAC, or doing anything in Saratoga Springs. The man at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The bathroom was not very clean (hair in drain.) Mostly a good room.

Overall stay was okay. Staff was helpful. When we got there- the room could have been cleaned better. The bathrook sink was draining slow. Clogged hair. The bathroom floor also had qtips on the floor and the bedding had long black hair on it- definitely was not mine as I have blonde hair. Other than that- convenient location, walkable to the downtown area.

We stay at a number of Hilton Garden Inns while traveling . Issues we experience at this one were no AC, and room was not cleaned despite requesting it be cleaned. We asked front desk to send someone up to check the AC and when we returned 8 hours later still not working .

Very friendly and courteous staff. We wanted to eat dinner at the bar so not to drive anywhere, but they had no cook that evening. Also ran out of soap while in the shower. Should have been a full bottle ready prior to stay

I think the staff does their best to clean, but the rooms are so incredibly old and dingy. The bottom of the bathtub was grey from buildup. Not many towels in the room and an odd odor throughout. The staff however is incredible.

The hotel was ok but for what the price is it is not much . Check in was fine and the girl behind the desk was great . Room was just ok . In the bathroom the prefilled soap , shampoo and conditioners were nothing special and the soap in the shower was empty . Considering the price of the room at least coffee should have been available . Whatever😏

Yuck.

Rooms were not ready at their given check-in time. We did get rooms about an hour later but it was definitely a struggle for the staff to determine how/where to put us in a room. The bathroom was dirty. Their was a portable air conditioner in the room and it was LOUD. You couldn't hear the tv over the AC unless you turned it up so loud it would be a nuisance to neighbors. Won't return.
