We got in late but the staff was beyond friendly for a late night check in. They chatted to us about the grounds and a brief history of the hotel. The room was perfect- literally, it was hard to find anything wrong with the room. The bed literally smelled like fresh linen and was one of the most comfortable hotel beds we have ever slept in. They take a lot of pride in their hotel/grounds.

Wonderful Stay!

The room was cleaned and well taken care of. The bathroom was large and also well maintained. If you don’t plan on bringing your own toiletries, note that they do not offer conditioner or body lotion as part of their amenities. Otherwise, everything is standard. The parking lot was close to the main entrance, which made it easy to navigate. The free shuttle to downtown Saratoga was perfect for when we didn’t feel like driving and looking for parking. Having the Cassino close by was great when we wanted to take it easy at night, but not quite go straight to bed as long as you come prepared to lose (and hopeful for a win), you’ll be fine.

We really enjoyed our time at the hotel. We were a bit disappointed that they don’t do the harness races on the weekends but I should have researched that before I booked the trip. The casino is a nice. The staff is polite.
