Lovely old historic hotel with all the necessary updates Staff very friendly and helpful Quiet and peaceful Beautiful grounds Didnt like that there was no information in the room about the hotels amenities such as dining hours, exercise room information, maps of the grounds, using the shuttle, scheduling Spa treatments, etc If you asked at the desk you could get this information-or read a sign on a table in the lobby- Only because we have visited there before did we know to inquire about such things Overall our experience was delightful

Property was beautiful and Tranquill. Golf Course and bike riding convenient . When you need the battery recharged the location is perfect. Downsides :the pool was so crowded on July 4th we we’re unable to sit anywhere. The restaurants menu was very poor . Get a consultant !

Beautiful,classic resort, wonderful grounds!

everything was very good only one thing bad in the room the air conditioner is so loud that it is impossible to sleep at night This must be fixed

Room smelled like smoke

We thought the property was charming and beautiful. It was right in the park so we rented bikes from the hotel and went to see the springs then walked right to SPAC for the concert we were seeing that night. Christian at the front was so accommodating, helpful and personable. We will definitely stay here again when we visit next!

Loved the property, reminds me of a smaller Omni Homestead in Va. Stephanie at the front desk set the tone with her service. Mistake in the booking, solved. Stayed an extra day.

Epic

This place was amazing! Already planning our next trip

Nice environment- beautiful grounds

We were in Saratoga for an event at SPAC. The location was very convenient and the hotel overall was nice and the staff were friendly. I do feel that it was a bit expensive for what it was. While I understand we are still dealing with COVID, our room was not cleaned at all during our stay and we were not provided with fresh towels or toilet paper without having to ask. I'm not sure what the additional $25 resort amenities fee was for as there was no pool or additional amenities presented to us during our stay and when we asked about it we were told about anything that I would think would merit any extra fee (croquet, lawn bowling, etc). Unfortunately, there was also an infestation of gypsy moth caterpillars which made outdoor activities on the grounds less than desirable.

This is my second time staying here and I am going back in a few weeks. It is clean, comfortable and historic. The restaurant isn’t open right now due to Covid, but we ordered out and it was delivered to our room. I love all of the places to walk or bike in the park and if you are a golfer, it is in the middle of a top notch golf course. It is about two miles from downtown, but being able to be in Saratoga Spa State Park is worth the drive into town. There is also a huge Saturday farmer’s market at the entrance to the park that we hope to visit on our next trip.

Always a great hotel to stay in to visit the park, plenty of things to do, golf, hiking, biking, pool was open but now closed for season, restaurant by golf course for lunch, excellent, new coffee shop much more open under covid-19

We apologize for the smell of the room. We are a nonsmoking property and unfortunately some guests just don't respect that
