When we arrived at the hotel the front desk agent told us it would be about 20 minutes for our room to be ready, 35 minutes later I went to check after I didn’t receive a call - she said it would be ready any minute - great- 15 minutes later she said, it would be ready any second. Another 45 minutes later and I walk up to the room and the attendant is starting on the room

Clean, cute comfortable room. Comfy mattress &. Sparkling water on tap! Walking distance to amazing restaurants & shops. Once you park your car in convenient lot, there is no reason to leave the area. Will definitely come back!

Our view was the garbage area so a balcony would have been nicer. The location was wonderful. Walking distance to everything. Having the frig on a stand instead off the floor would have been nice. Rooms are very clean and very noisy. Cement floors through out means there isn't a buffer for the noise. Slamming doors are heard at all hours.

Location is incredible. Fun decor. Very comfortable bed. The only complaint is the door into the room did not seal well and felt very flimsy. All doors need better seals. Not good noise dampening in general.

Parking seemed safe. The shelf towels were on needed cleaning as it was dusty. The black out shade didn't cover the entire window. Too short so when the light came in we had to put coats to cover the window where shade was short. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

You cannot beat the location of this place. Being able to be right on Broadway at fair prices is a nice perk. Additionally, we love that it's pet friendly. We've now stayed twice with our chocolate lab and it's been great. The building itself is kind of odd, with some rooms having multiple doors but not multiple keys. There was some finagling with taking the dog out the exterior door but having to come back in through the lobby -- not always the most convenient. I wish they'd make an investment in updating those doors, then I'd have no complaints about this place!

You can't get a better location in downtown! Walkable to everything you can want/need! Balcony was beautiful and fun. Parking is convenient and safe. Would definitely recommend to others!
