Cozy charming one bedroom suite

Have fun at this stylish setting. There is one bedroom, a large bathroom with tub, living room and kitchenette. Included is a futon which accommodates 2 smaller children or one adult. There is also a small private flagstone patio for nature lovers. It is located only 5 minutes from Broadway, 8 minutes from SPAC and 10 minutes to Saratoga Racetrack. Lake George is a brief 30 minute drive. Unique to this location is a horse farm on the opposite side of the street.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchenette and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.

Our hosts were very, very welcoming and accommodating. The place is beautiful and very comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant stay. The location is a couple of miles out of Saratoga Springs in a quiet wooded area. Again, our hosts went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one. We would definitely return.

Belmont Stakes Weekend Trip

We had a wonderful stay with Pat! He was extremely accommodating and the apartment was perfect. It was everything we needed for the weekend. Pat was very flexible with checkin and even offered to take us to pick our car up one morning. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and hope to be back sometime!
