Primary bedroom is on first floor with walk-in closet and modern-designed bathroom. Two-car garage and ample off-street parking.
Lower-level amenities include a lounge area with sleek billiards table and dedicated dart area, and a fully-equipped fitness center with treadmill, elliptical, rower, free weights and bench.
Relax in the exterior living space on the upper patio with gas fireplace and massive umbrella for shade; or enjoy the lower patio with outdoor kitchen.
