Pros..Bed and pillows were super comfortable! Nice amentities like tiki bar, outside pool, and arcade center. Good facility, with boat docking and a restraunt. Cons... shower and sink in the room had a very hard time draining. I did not say anything because i checked in super late and when i checked out at 4am there was no one at the front desk to tell. Towels were in a drawer by the sink that i had no clue about. They had very small towes hanging up by the shower so i thought that was all they had. Also it is very close to the airport so planes flying right over were very loud.

Rest, fun, pleasurable hideaway

Looking for a couple nights close to Anna Maria Island without being ON the island. Turns out we were here once before and didnt realize it was the same place. Love the "Back Yard" surprises

Unit is in direct path of airplanes. Upon checking in told host we would pay for first night not going to stay only there 10 minutes requested refund for 2 additional nights and was denied. Paid for 3 nights and never stayed. Unit is Not a condo. It is a hotel room

Nice stay for the price.

Overall it is a nice property. It is near the airport so be prepared for planes flying over frequently. We had a nice meal at the Tarpon TIki grill and enjoyed the entertainment. Pool was warm and clean. The only issue we had was little to no water pressure. The water actually stopped flowing twice during my shower. If you can live with that inconvenience than this is a good choice for you.

Clean room, quite noisy

Room was cute, clean, no major issues. Check in was easy. Opens to nice view of the water. The bath/shower did not drain well. Seems like a party place. We were there for a soccer tournament and it met our needs, but it was very noisy. Live music that you could hear in the room at night (but stopped at a reasonable hour). Everyone who stays here smokes. We couldn’t eat at the restaurant bc it was so smoky for the kids. The planes fly right overhead starting at 6am. If you don’t mind the noise or party vibe then the place is cute, comfortable and clean
