Waterpark Hotels in Sapporo

"It was quite inconvenient that none of the staff spoke English. For such a large hotel, it was surprising and hard to understand why there were no English-speaking staff available. We ended up changing to a larger room, which comfortably accommodated the three of us. We paid an additional 10,000 yen ($80) per night and stayed for a total of five nights. We had access to the Royal Club on the 28th floor, where we enjoyed breakfast as well as the tea time and cocktail hour services. That part of the stay was a very pleasant memory. "

"Stayed at South wing. Room was very comfortable but there was no Aircon in month of May so it became quite stuffy. Service was fantastic as they came quickly to help open a window. Do note that South Wing Rooms occupants have to wear casual clothes to go to the Public Bath as the pathway is via the ground floor"

"Loved the location, bathroom hygiene, lobby/lounge area, rooftop 'Canvas' relax area, modern/retro theme & The Excellent Staff. The double-single bedroom was a typical size for 2 people. The 500yen voucher offset, for not having your room cleaned, could be better. Fully recommended."
