I was a little disappointed because I assumed that there were enough beds for a family of five, but that’s on me for assuming. I just didn’t enjoy sleeping on the floor or how weak the heater felt.

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to the station, and has convenient access to Lawson and 7-Eleven nearby. There's also a bus station with a direct airport limousine service, which makes traveling very convenient. The hotel itself was clean, with decent amenities, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a good stay with no major issues—would recommend for those looking for a comfortable and well-located place in Sapporo.

The property enjoys convenient proximity to Nakajima-koen Station and a 7-Eleven, offering easy access to amenities. Parking is readily available. However, the accommodation's limited size presented challenges for our party of five; luggage storage and movement within the space were difficult. Not really as pictured. Very basic, building is a bit shabby and it’s quite dull inside. Basic but very clean. Had everything we needed for a 3 night stay where we wanted to cook and wash clothes. A clothes rack to dry clothes would be convenient. Good location, close to Susukino and Odori park. Should email check-in instructions as everything you’re informed of could be advised via email.

The only drawback was having to first go to another location to check in. Fortunately we were able to easily procure a cab from the street to get from the checkin location to our accommodation. It was definitely small but clean and in a convenient location to the train and lots of restaurants.
