The rooms are tastefully decorated with real elegance—nothing over-the-top, just refined and beautiful details that make you feel instantly at home. The dining room is a true breath of fresh air: so cozy, warm, and inviting, it’s the kind of spot where you actually want to linger over every meal. The staff? Outstanding—professional, genuinely polite, and always ready to help with a smile, making every moment effortless and pleasant. We’ve stayed in many places, but this one has ruined us for anywhere else. From now on, whenever we’re in São Paulo, this is our only choice. Highly, highly recommend!

Very pleasant and comfortable stay. Loved my executive room though i didnt have a great view (i had to keep the curtains closed because my room faced the mall). Excellent service and the food i ordered via the room service menu was delicious. Breakfast was also wonderful.

This was a lovely centrally located property just off Paulista Avenue. It was clean quiet and safe and very comfortable. The breakfast was lovely with the option of a la carte items. We would certainly recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit São Paulo.
