Ac wasn’t working, for basically 2 days. Communication is very difficult, all is done through WhatsApp text and rarely you have a real person on the other side. They only gave us 2 bath towels and one hand towel, they charge you extra for another set. The unit wasn’t very clean and bed sheets have spots all over. I will not go back !

The apartment was great! The building is quite new, perfect position in Itaim Bibi neighborhood, great services such as gymn, swimming pool, relaxing areas and small market. I had also a great view from the terrance and the team was very responsive helping everytime was needed. The surrounding area has planty of options for great food and you are less than 10 minutes walk from the Ibirapuera Park. I'll definitely consider again this accomodation for my next trip to the city.
