Great location! My boyfriend and I were in town to see the best local Bay Area theater, the Imaginists which is located around the corner from the motel. We also had a wonderful breakfast across the street at the Parkside Café, which you can walk to as well. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was beautifully decorated and spacious. I definitely recommend staying here.!

It's an average place to stay. It's located in aa good area. Park across the street. Luther Burbank Home and Garden across the street the other way. Around the block is the art district and a coffee house. It's a 10 minute walk to downtown. The breakfast sucks so don't even bother. There is a cafe across the street. The rooms are the bare minimum. The staff is very friendly. It's a funky place to stay with a nice garden court if you are tired of corporate motels.

Love the grounds. They had lemon trees and clementines and a fire pit; lots of little birds flitting about. The room itself was no frills but had a character. Nice location next to a park and not too far from dining options. The breakfast was ok and appreciated, but not anything to base your stay upon — muffins and granola. Good value for pice.
