The unit we rented had MOLD under the sink. I contacted the managers in the morning and heard nothing for hours. I then spent the entire day waiting as the "decided what to do". I had to INSIST they move us due to health issues. BUT- the only had units for until Friday when our original unit was until Saturday. They had 7 houses listed as available through the original length of our stay but would not let us move to one of those due to "the cost" difference. They offered to refund us for the remainder of the days!!! So we could end our vacation on day 2! We ended up taking a unit until Friday morning and paying for the last day. They did refund us for the day and said to use that to get a hotel for the last day- too bad I didn't receive the refund for 10 days!!They communicated nicely but DID virtually nothing without being pushed. So we ended up having to move 2x within a week's vacation! And the hotel room was twice normal rate since it was Memorial Day weekend. So we paid double the rate. AND my grandson ended up on medication for health issues in which the dr said it was probably the mold.Won't rent from them again. Hesitated initially due to all the poor reviews and took a chance. Bad decision!
