The parking area was very small. There was a large storage container taking up some of the spaces so there were none available for late arrival. There are only 2 electrical outlets in the room. One at the bed nightstand and one at the bathroom sink. No phone charger plugs/USB outlets at all. The coffee pot was very dirty. I had to clean it with a rag. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The hotel is just old and in bad need of a remodel.

There are no towel bars in the bathroom while the cleaning service is every 3 days. The shampoo and soap dispensers were not refilled. No clothes rack, no hangers. Mediocre breakfast. Those are minor inconveniences and I wouldn't mind at $100. But when the hotel charges $200, I expect the details to be attended to.

We stay at this property because it is close to our grandchildren. There seems to be construction going on in the hotel. Our room was very spartan and didn't seem finished. There was no place to hang clothes other than a few hooks on the wall. The room didn't have a full bathroom - a wash basin was situated in the entry hall and the rest of what should have been a bathroom was located across that entry hall. For this we paid a premium price. I am looking for some other place, near our grandchildren, to stay.
