Couple stayed for 2 nights. The location and price is best thing about the room, right in gront of boardwalk. The room is small, the bathroom floor was dirty, and the bed was uncomfortable. We also had the corner bottom room next to stairs (106) and it was sooo loud. The heater also took long to warm so we were freezing at the start of night.

Low quality bedding. Flat pillows. I lost a head phone and the housekeeper didn’t find it. Front staff had to double check and found it. Says a lot about how clean the room may not be. A fridge but no microwave. Shower, no tub which I was looking forward to. Plus for the pool and outside vibe. Very nice all around just could use some upgrades in the room.

The local is great, room is small yet relatively clean. I booked this hotel over others hoping to get a better view. However it turned out most of the hotel rooms do not have ocean views as advertised, and ironically the front desk lady cares more about her big thick mascara than her job. Overall 2 stars.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! A great plus is having a Coffee shop on the property. The rooms were clean. The only nitpicking negatives would be the shower pressure was low and the shower head wasn't the best but not the end of the world. Aside from that the parking situation is okay kinda tight but again not the end of the world.
