We were violated at this hotel. I understand that it was a holiday and management was not there to review the cameras. I was told that only the manager and front desk manager had access to the cameras. After over a dozen requests, the hotel manager via another employee told me he did not see anything in the cameras. Either I was lied to before that as to who has access to the cameras or the hotel manager lied to me. He wouldnât even come to the counter and speak to me face-to-face. He made an employee get off of the walkie-talkie so he could talk to them on their personal cell phone. This leads me to believe I was lied to. Without information from the cameras, we were not able to contact the police. This hotel does not take your safety and security as a priority. I am the one authorized by my company for corporate travel for over 40 people. We will never ever have staff stay at another Hilton hotel or a Doubletree hotel. Safety is upmost importance in this place lacks.
