I will not be booking another stay at this hotel. My 12yr old daughter got woken up by a black bug on her arm and got a rash. Not sure if it was a bed bug, animal flee. It was just disgusting. I went to show front desk the bug and didn’t even act surprised or anything. Didn’t say oh sorry about that. All he said was I will let my manager know. I have pictures of the bug too.

The hotel is nice and clean. Black out shades, ice machine, decent breakfast. Small fitness center, but better than nothing. Optional paid laundry machine is great for longer stays. Beds are comfy and the A/C works well. The staff have all been incredibly kind, welcoming and friendly to our family. Definitely recommend.

It was very good, there was a little airplane noise, which was fixed by turning on the fan. There was tea and coffee for use, but they didn't put water in it, and it seemed like it was decorative and couldn't be used. I wish they had put a bottle of water in future . Overall, it was good and I had a good night.

Everything about this stay was really good until 8 AM Saturday morning. That’s when the gardeners showed up with lawn mowers and blowers. The noise level was horrible and two stroke gas fumes were coming into the room through the AC unit and we had to shut it off. Spoke to the front desk about the situation with the noise and fumes. They told me their contract was for the gardeners to perform work on the weekend. Mentioned that it might be better to do it in the middle of the work week, when most folks staying there would be getting up and out the door early for business and conferences and not sleeping in on the weekend.

The walls arenpaper thin and it seems more like staying at a Red Roof or Motel 6 than a Best Western. Absolutely avoid the first floor unless you want to contstntly hear kids and people.stomping in the floors above you and every toilet flush. There is a Holiday Inn Express around the corner with bigger rooms, and a gas station right next to the parkinglot. The area is still rough, so I wouldnt go walking very far on foot.
