Fantastic apartment with wonderful sea views, furnished terrace, wifi, nature to enjoy an unforgettable vacation.

The apartment is located 200 meters from Cala Ses Ulleres and 400 meters from Cala del Vigatà.

The apartment has three bedrooms, 2 with double beds and one with bunk beds, a full bathroom with shower, and an open kitchen-dining room area with access to the balcony, where we find a table and chairs to enjoy a fantastic sea view.

We will also find a wide list of additional services and amenities:

Quelques problèmes lors de notre arrivée sur place:- Les clés récupérées à l'agence ne permettaient pas d'ouvrir la porte d'accès à la résidence.-Le bip d'ouverture de l'entrée du parking ne fonctionnait pas.Retour à l'agence ( à quelques kms de la location).Une personne de l'agence revient avec nous et constate les problèmes. Il réussit à ouvrir avec une autre clé.Ménage pas fait dans l'appartement, présence d'humidité au plafond, plinthes décollées...La personne de l'agence nous fournira par la suite un jeu de clés permettant d'accéder à l'appartement, mais le problème d'accès au parking ne sera pas résolu lors du séjour: Obligés de laisser la voiture dans la rue.Très mauvais insonorisation de l'appartement, heureusement que la résidence était aux 3/4 vide...L'agence nous remboursera après le séjour le montant du ménage (compris dans le prix de la location), mais la propriétaire n'a rien voulu savoir pour le problème de parking.Au final, mis à part la vue magnifique depuis le balcon, la rapport qualité / prix est très décevant!Je ne recommande pas cette location
