These claims are categorically false. I did not play music during my stay and certainly did not speak disrespectfully to anyone on staff. Furthermore, I was double-charged for a night’s stay, and my incidentals have yet to be refunded. Repeated calls to the front desk have gone unanswered. The hot tub was out of order for the entire month, which was disappointing, though I will note that the breakfast staff were consistently pleasant and professional. =)

These claims are categorically false. I did not play music during my stay and certainly did not speak disrespectfully to anyone on staff. Furthermore, I was double-charged for a night’s stay, and my incidentals have yet to be refunded. Repeated calls to the front desk have gone unanswered. The hot tub was out of order for the entire month, which was disappointing, though I will note that the breakfast staff were consistently pleasant and professional. =)

I recently stayed in Room 311 and feel compelled to share several serious concerns regarding my experience. First and foremost, despite explicitly informing the front desk that I did not require housekeeping, a maid attempted to enter my room unannounced. Thankfully, the latch was engaged, or the situation could have been much worse. On two separate occasions, the white alarm in the room went off without cause, creating significant distress.
