Staff are great Room was clean but the rooms are old , we could hear people talking on the next room and above us someone was stomping or making noise during the night. It was an experience staying at the Madonna Inn but for the price we will choose another option while in that area.

It was nice, but a couple problems. Wifi didn’t work for either of us, and when I called to tell them, they just said to restart my device, which didn’t help at all. So rather than fixing the situation, they just left us to figure it out on our own (which we couldn’t do). Also, the restaurant was not as good as on my prior visit.

Staff was courteous on check-in. It’s a fun experience overall, but room felt dingy, somewhat old. You could tell they clean without attention to detail as some areas were still dusty. Toilet was dirty. Shower head was full of water scum and shampoo holder was broken. Wouldn't stay again.
