I had a wonderful experience at the Sheraton Puerto Rico Resort & Casino. The hotel is modern, clean, and perfectly located near the Convention Center and Distrito T-Mobile, which made for great dining and entertainment options just steps away. Check-in was very easy — we actually arrived about four hours before the official check-in time, and they were still able to get us into our room within the next two hours. That flexibility was a big plus and really appreciated after a long day of travel. The staff were very nice and helpful, especially since it was our first time staying there. They made us feel welcome from the start. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view (especially if you’re on a higher floor). The rooms with a balcony are much nicer and really add to the experience — great for enjoying the view and relaxing outside. They offer 24/7 room service for breakfast and dinner, which is super convenient. If you prefer to eat downstairs, breakfast in the lobby is buffet-style with plenty of options — great variety and a good way to start the day. The infinity pool and cabana area are a definite highlight — perfect for relaxing with a drink and enjoying the Puerto Rican sun. The casino added a fun option in the evenings, and there were plenty of food and drink choices right on-site. Tip: To save money, book the breakfast to be included with your room cost — it’s worth it and more affordable than paying separately. Highly recommend

The Sheraton was great I would recommend to anyone. Everything is close in proximity whether you walk to District TMobile or take the shuttle to Old San Juan. The casino is downstairs and there is plenty to do. The pool is one of the best pools I’ve been too. The views are great we had a bay view. We watched the cruise ships come and go everyday. Overall great hotel and definitely would stay here again.
