Todo el apartamento con 3 habitaciones! Dejamos los azulejos originales de 1940 pero renovamos la cocina y los baños son nuevos. Todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado, la sala de estar con TV y un sofá cama adicional para 2 huéspedes adicionales. Ideal para familias pequeñas o grupos. It served our purpose. It was easy to get to and from there although parking was a little awkward (there IS parking on the sides of the unit but the one we used on the left side was very narrow and we couldn’t go all the way back).The unit was clean and had functioning AC in all the bedrooms. It had all we needed - towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, rinse. plates, wifi, fridge, stove, toaster, utensils, washer-dryer, and 2 TVs. Our host Christian was excellent. He communicated VERY quickly with us and handled our one (very minor) issue well. He gets a 5 star rating!That being said, The place is a little dated. The tiles on the floor looked pretty old and two of the 3 beds creaked (one was very bad) when you laid on them. Both showers had hot water but the flow on the one towards the back was very weak.All in all we had a good time during our stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

We originally booked our stay at this property for August 2024. We were unable to make it because we got stuck in Orlando due to a hurricane. Cristian allowed us to have a credit to use at his property for anytime in the future. He did not have to do that. He went above and beyond to do this. We just got done using his property in July of 2025. He gave us the credit as he promised, 1 year later. Ours is a family of 7. The apartment is comfortable. Each room has its own air conditioner. There were plenty of supplies in the kitchen. Beach towels were provided. It is walking distance to the beach. Great place to stay! Outstanding host!

Nice apartment close to lots of sites in San Juan

My family, which included three teenagers, stayed here, and overall it was a very nice apartment. It was very clean, and close to the different sites in San Juan that we wanted to go to. The neighborhood seemed a little dodgy at night time when we arrived- we walked to Calle Loiza for dinner, and there was just nobody walking on the streets, so we did feel a little nervous but it ended up being fine. Lots of people walking on Loiza, but the walk there was a bit awkward at night. The apartment is cute, but we did have an issue with one of the air conditioners in the front bedroom not pumping out cold air consistently, so it was quite warm in there. The living room and kitchen do not have A/C, just the bedrooms. The upstairs patio off the apartment’s front door is very cute, but it must be a shared patio with the apartment next door because one night there were people sitting out there and they told our teen (who opened the front door to check it out) that it was a shared patio. It was totally fine with us, as we weren’t using it. The owners were very quick to respond to our calls about the A/C, and the check-in and check-out were convenient and easy. The outside entrance of the apartment is very cute and made for some nice photos.

First time

Overall, this is a good place to stay near the beach in the San Juan area. We really liked the outdoor patio and easy access to parking. Finally, the location is near to most amenities you could use. It is a adult friendly location.

Good location

We liked the location and self checkin/out. The bedrooms had a/c and several fans for living room. We didn't cook, but the kitchen was well stocked. Patio is great. The highway traffic noise didn't bother us, but it is close by and all hours

Excellent location , clean and comfy

Really a perfect location for our group. We rented a vehicle and parking was available in front of the unit. We were able to walk to the Beach ( Ocean Park) and caught some great sunrises ! Great restaurants close by, Bebos cafe , Panuchos was really good , close to the Grocery store where we also purchased liquor for our stay! Cristian was a great host , and we would stay here again!

Amazing apt #3. Location, fantastic to old town and the beach. Owner, amazing!

Absolutely adorable 3 bed, 2 bath, with a lovely terrace. Rooms were clean and loved the pretty tiles on the floor. Location was amazing! 100% will be back. Owner, amazing. My son was sick and very quick to respond where to go. A must stay!!!

Clean, but old

The people of Puerto Rico are fantastic. The places we toured were awesome. The accommodations did exacctly match the photos..the place was worn, dated, BUT very clean.. the host kept us well informed and replied to my message immediately. Cristian was very responsive to our questions. The bedrooms were nice, and the beds and sheets were quite comfortable. The location was great for walking to restaurants, shops, and the beach. We ended up parking on the street instead of in the spaces on the sides of the building since the protocols were a little unclear (to be fair, we did not contact Cristian about it). There is a busy highway nearby, so there was some noise. We would stay here again.

Excellent Host

Cristian is an excellent host. We arrived at the property about 11:00 PM and VRBO had not sent me the check-in details. Cristian was very responsive and assisted with us getting into the property, even phoning me to ensure we were in. The property is within walking distance of restaurants and bars so it is a good location. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay again next time in San Juan.
