Jorge is a great responsive host who made the check in and check out process incredibly smooth and trouble free which is my kind of traveling. Especially grateful for the fully stocked fridge and beach towels. Not to mention walking distance to great nightlife.

Casa Ciana was a lovely find! Super clean, modern, easy and comfortable. It is not easy to find accommodations in Puerto Rico that are this nice and yet affordable and simple. It nestled in a super funky neighborhood, therefore, not everyone, but perfect for a foodie!!! It is walking distance to the food truck market and many super cool coffee shops and small restaurants. If you like walking, within 20 minutes you can reach the La Placita de Santurce ( and old food market now surrounded by small restaurants), the Museum of Contemporary Art. Casa Ciana is also located nearby many gorgeous murals, perfect for those of us that like street art. And, it is super accessible to the airport via Uber!!

This was a great choice for a 1 night stay pre-cruise. It was a short walk to fun, local restaurants and shops. This is really more like a guesthouse than a hotel. There’s no front desk or any staff onsite, you just get a code to get into the building and another for your room. Room was clean and comfortable and we loved that they provided bottled water. Communication by text/Whattsapp beforehand was excellent. Great stay for the price.

We had a minor problem with our room, and Jorge upgraded us to the suite on the second floor. The rooms are very clean very well appointed. Also, Jorge is very responsive to your text messages. The only negative we could come up with was it can be a little noisy due to street traffic and locals. we would highly recommend it and we would stay here again.

It was nicely decorated and clean. Updated room amenities. The only downside is that you can hear everyone in the hallway chatting at night. Maybe. Quiet time can be put in place for those of us that need to check out for early flights the next day. Overall. It was an amazing place to stay! Thank you!!

Great custome service. Jorge was very attentive, kind, and easily accessible. Anytime I needed anything he was quick to respond and accommodate me. Heads up, Casa Ciena is a self check-in hotel so communication with hosts is virtual. I stayed in the Mark Anthony room, and it was small, but it had everything I needed. Clean, comfortable bed, and AC. The hotel has a modern sleek minimalist look and is relatively new. It's located within a neighborhood and across the street is a local Dominican restaurant, which has delicious food. It is centrally located, but not on a business street with multiple hotels. You walk up a couple of blocks to get to more busy streets. The hall noise/conversations do echo into the room so if you are a light sleeper take earplugs.
