1. Directions from the app take you to the wrong address. 2. There are no numbered parking as she states. 3. The lockbox was hard to find per her instructions and would not relock when we departed. 4. We had to make our own beds when we arrived. 5. All responce was in spanish so I had to translate was a big hassle. 6. Slow to respond to messages. 7. ROCHES in the kitchen draws. I was able to get a picture of one for proof. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND OR STAY AGAIN
