We were to stay in another unit and was upgraded to this unit. Communication with the rental company was awesome. The unit was beautiful and comfortable. Great place to stay.

Fantastic stay!

My husband and I loved the location and the amenities this place offered. The condo is very secure so safety concerns were never an issue. The unit was clean and the ocean view was great! The only downside is the Wi-Fi password provided was not correct. We ended up figuring out the issue on our second day, and it wasn't a huge deal.There is a 24 hour restaurant just down the street called Chidos that has the BEST churros! There is a lot within walking distance.

Nice location but had several issues

The positive:- Accurate listing- Clean room- Customer service was responsive enoughThe negative:- Nightmare check in process - I was given the wrong address to a totally different building!! - Took an hour of driving around on the phone with customer service to finally reach the right place. Can not even park car to get to check in. Must park in street and then check in to get parking access.- Did not allow to check in earlier even though apt was ready from morning. Can not enter building or use facilities until 4pm Check, so basically wasted most of day stranded with luggage in car driving around. - No running water!! - Seriously, the apt was clearly not prepped before check in - They switch me to different unit after waiting an hour, so we settled in shortly before sundown, too late to go down to beach. - The substitute apartment did not have an oven!! - This is big deal since that's one of the main reasons I chose to book apt instead of traditional hotel.- Electricity went off for entire town for 4 hours!! - They warned me about it and assured us that there are flashlights etc. except that ALL the flashlights were dead. Most of the food in fridge was spoiled after electricity went back on!!. I drove around in different parts of the town and they had the electricity on much sooner.

Great location! Description and communication not as expected.

Pros: Location! We loved the location of this condo. We were able to walk to many local restaurants and bars. Walgreens was right across the street and the grocery store just up the block. The view from the balcony was fantastic!Cons: The description of the listing and the owner's book stated there was a washer and dryer in the unit and there was not. The pictures are not accurate. In the photo there is a TV on the bedroom dresser but there is only one TV which is in the living area. The owner's book also stated there were bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths in the bedroom closet - there were not. We used papertowels in the bathroom to dry our hands and my husband and I had only one bath towel each to use for the 5 night stay. The unit needs several repairs and upgrades. For example, the drawer front in the master was hanging off, the bedroom door would not close all the way, the stove was rusty and unclean, the couch needs to be replaced as all of the buttons were coming off the cushions and they looked dirty. I reached out to the rental company on at least 3 occasions and never received a single response. The only communications we got were on the acceptance of our rental request, the check-in in process/instructions, and check-out. I had reached out to ask about checking in an hour early several days in advance but no reply. I also reached out to let them know that the description of the unit (washer, dryer, towels, TV, etc.) were inaccurate, still no response.

Excellent view & steps from beach

We have been enjoying isle verde for decades. This property is clean, oceanfront and secure with a pool. Highly recommend.
