The staff is fantastic! The room was small, but we didn’t mind because the proximity to the beach made up for it. Thank you to everyone that made our stay wonderful :)

The hotel was very nice the rooms are charming, very clean, professionally maintained with exception of the electrical receptacles which need ipdating and gfi’s installed. The price was very low which is what goves this hotel the most value without much difference in comfort over much more expensive properties. I’ll definitely stay again and for what i typically spend for a room i could stay here four times as long. Highly recommended for frugal travelers that require upscale accommodations.

While it has some charm to it, overall not a place I’d choose to stay at again. Very dated in room decor and furniture. Older building which is fine but rooms could be up kept better. Pictures of it on their listing don’t live up to reality. After room Service the first full day we were there, our room was left unlocked. Did let the front desk know. Told front desk twice our tv was not working and nothing was done. I finally was able to get Netflix on the tv and the next to last day the cable tv started to work. There was a broken coffee mug on our patio when we arrived. The stream of water from the shower was so little it was hard to rinse off. Tiles on floor of the shower were broken. They have no parking which we were aware of, we were able to find parking 6-7 minute walk away which was good. We did not have time to go in their heated pool since it closed at 9pm but it looked pretty cool. We did not get to try the Niche restaurant but saw great reviews for it. Places in walking distance for breakfast. Lunch, and dinner which was nice. Nice view of beach, beach is less than half a block away which was nice.
Ocean view room, nice!

The place is nice the best part the Niche restaurant in the hotel. It is amazing and the chef and his staff are incredible. I would go again just for the restaurant. I didnt like that the pool closes at 9 pm and that there is no parking so you have to parks several blocks away. There is no room service, so ask if you want your room clean. The beach is right there in the back of the hotel that was a plus.

Only reference correct in description is small. Staff has family members sleeping all day and night in lobby. Pool is in another hotel a block away. Has a hot tub but dangerous to enter on stone stairs. Office see in photo undrinksble. No room service you had to beg, took 4 days. No daily breakfast available closed Monday and Tuesday. Not located in Condado it’s in Oceanside, no chairs etc. Beach towels about 20yrs old. An extremely disappointing stay. Don’t stay in this dump. The baggage hold is under a stair case in lobby with usually unattended with exception to sleeping family members.

Great place for the budget and the walkable location of places to grab a coffee and a bite to eat. The beach is close but there is volleyball training making it hard to enjoy the beach. Room is extremely small thankfully we are light packers and our luggage fit.

The rooms were not in that great of shape. Door to the bathroom didn't close. Parking was pretty tough. The room windows didn't open or close properly. The pool was great. Staff were friendly. The beach was nearby and restaurants were within a walkable distance.

There is usually never anyone at the front desk. We got there early and understood. We have to leave our luggage, but it took a long time to find someone to open the door and meet us at the lobby. Each day we asked if we could find an iron and we were told they’re all being taken, but they can never find one. Our television wasn’t connected to the Wi-Fi. It’s a nice boutique hotel, but the service level lax and needs some attention

This was an odd experience. I paid for a queen ocean front room and when I checked in I was told there is no room available at all. I got nervous I’d have no where to stay and I paid and it was deducted from my account. They put me in a sister hotel down the road. I had no choice but to accept or else I’d be on the street in Puerto Rico! The lady at check in seemed like she was on something. After getting to the sister hotel, the guy at check in seemed normal. The room they gave me there was not ocean front like I paid for but it was clean and comfortable. The sister hotel had a pool and they gave me access to walk down the street to the Acacia hotel that I originally booked to use their pool. By the way, they do not have a hot tub!!! It’s a lie!! I was so disappointed. It’s just a small pool that they “heat”. Which it wasn’t even heated. I’ve had a hot bath warmer than that water. Total lie, they DO NOT have a hot tub. Overall, 4/10. Not bad if u don’t want the amenities and don’t care about view or being put in a totally different hotel then you booked.
