The rooftop is great but the resort fee is ridiculous. It’s clearly a way to up the nightly rate. Do yourself a favor and stay at a slightly more expensive resort with better amenities and trained staff. This location is an embarrassment to the Marriott name.
My husband and I love this hotel. It is quiet, clean, and in proximity too many restaurants and bars that we enjoy. The rooftop pool and bar is very nice. The location is very walkable and safe.

Loved my stay here. Hotel is modern and very clean. I had a partial ocean view and it did not disappoint. I could even hear waves on my balcony at night. Will definitely stay here again.

I was under the impression the hotel was located directly on the beach, that was very disappointing. Our room was directly under the gym which was VERY NOISY from people dropping the weights so hard on the floor. Not somewhere I will stay again. Does not have the resort feel .
It is in a well populated area, walking is safe, many restaurants nearby within walking distance, beach down the street but not as good as the other beaches. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
