Outside, the property has a pleasant terrace with BBQ and a private garden, perfect for enjoying the weather, relaxing, or sharing meals outdoors.

Regarding the bedrooms, the house features a master bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom, walk-in closet, air conditioning, and fan. There are also two queen bedrooms that share a bathroom, both equipped with air conditioning and fans.

On the third floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning, ideal for children or additional guests. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a single bed, fan, and full private bathroom, perfect for those who prefer to avoid stairs or want extra privacy.
