Clean, great customer service and great breakfast !

Great vibe to the place, clean, comfortable and has nice little touches. It would be nice to have info in the room about amenities (like where pool is, hours for stuff, etc.)

Very noisy, you literally hear everything on rooms next to you. Not a good choice

Nice large , very clean rooms, modern comfortable, I was very happy with the made service. Way Above average in cleanliness and really prompt. The service in the dining room was good but a little disorganized but overall above average. The quality of the food was just average.

The place, the location and the people all combine to make it a memorable stay. Not many hotels convey the full experience that Aloft has been able to provide internationally. Well done!

Clean nice hotel for a short a one night stay in Santa Ana, Lindora, Costa Rica. The area is a busy in front of a busy street but the hotel makes you feel like you are in vacation.

Great Hotel. Was the best place we stayed at in Costa Rica. Everything was great, lovely chic rooms. Kind staff and wonderful breakfast included. I would highly recommend it.

It's good some staff very good some need more details

Very good service, but nothing can make up for the noise factor. Walls are paper thin. It sounded like the people in the room next to us were right with us in our room ... And they were loud! Made for a very long and terrible night of sleep! Other aspects of the hotel were good, but I don't think we could go back knowing that if we happen to have loud neighbors, no sleep. In fairness, when I did call the front desk, they allowed us to change rooms immediately. Great service, but doesn't make up for the inherent problem with the hotel's construction.

Hotel in modern and comfortable, food is good nice experience I would say it is not centrally located and no pool but nice

Stayed here our last night in Costa Rica to be near the airport for an early morning flight. Place was modern and clean. Cool bar in the lobby. Has a pool table in the lobby too. Good free breakfast.

We stayed here for just one night before we started our Costa Rica trip. The hotel is difficult to find at night, even with directions printed out. Get used to no street signs in Costa Rica. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and nice and helped us immediately figuring out our way to the next destination and printing out maps. That service truly couldn't have been any better. Thanks again. The hotel itself is the typical aloft style and design.

The hotel is close to a lot of Restaurats ... all types of food ! ... there is also a super market. all less that a mile away !!!! Mc donals just at front ... like 100 yards ... great ! .... 1. Parking Free, plus security guard . 2. Free breakfast ... 3. No pool on this hotel. 4. People Very Nice, 5. I did ask for a late check out... No problem !! , nicee . 6. Free Internet . Clean y Good Hotel .......

Very modern, new and convenient to the airport. Loved the gym and good dinner. Offered every amenity needed. Highly recommend!

Staff was great on giving information on how to get places. It is a little farther than I thought from the airport but enjoyed the stay.. Don't forget to go to La Fortuna Costa Rica..

This is my 3rd time to Costa Rica and I always travel the entire country when I stay. But this time I thought I would stay in the city and enjoy what it has to offer. Well..I'll start with the location. It's about 20 minutes ($24) from the airport to the hotel. The hotel is in a nice neighborhood and everything seems to be brand new, but I felt like I never left the states. There's a McDonalds across the street, Quiznos and Wendy's is a block away and they even have an Applebee's. This is nice and all but I didn't all this way for a Big Mac. So we tried the other restaurants and found them to be over priced ($35-45 a plate) and the food was average at best. Nothing special. There's just 1 bar (stereo love) close by and that was the only bright spot of this boring neighborhood. Because of the location of the hotel we had to take taxis everywhere. These $24 car rides really pile up to a large amount just after a few days. It would have been a better idea to just pay a little more for a hotel closer to the city or aound the mall. I also wouldn't recommend renting a car. I like to think I'm a good driver with excellent sense of direction, but these roads are poorly built and the other drivers on the road care little for any laws. With the exception of Stereo Love and a great little spot called Taco Bar, the neighborhood is boring and the food sucks. So you would think there's lot to do at the hotel? Nope. The hotel has 1 pool table and that was always taken. Maybe it was being used all the time because the other people were just as bored as us. :-/. No swimming pool, and thats too bad because the weather was beautiful. They have a nice little bar but can't really think of anything else that stood out. The hotel is new and clean. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom area is nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. Would I ever stay there again? No. Summary- it's a nice hotel but no W hotel. And the location sucks with little to do.

Love the modern design of the hotel, rooms are well appointed, staff was super helpful. Unfortunately for us, we had a room where a large hotel banner hung outside and it was a windy night. The banner's metal holders banged against brick walls all night, which made for a disappointing sleep. Staff was very helpful with setting up massage at spa nearby, giving us dinner recommendations and with departure to airport info. I did not ask for an adjustment for noisy night but would have thought manager might have suggested it. All-in-all, it is good value hotel and nice location to airport.

i have visited san jose many times, and this is one of the better hotels I have stayed at. for an international chain hotel in san jose, the price was fair. the hotel is new and the rooms were roomy & comfortable. the hotel is well-located for business travelers but not near many tourist/leisure activities.
