The check-in process was a breeze! The staff were super friendly and really went above and beyond to help us out during our stay. I have never stayed at a hotel where an employee is coughing very loudly all night. It literally kept waking me up. I don’t understand why someone would come to work sick and work the front desk, where her coughing all night was loud enough to hear in my room. Obvious the walls are so thin you can hear everything. Also, the heater made a loud ratting sound so I couldn’t use it.
