Checked in & bathroom sink was clogged up. I pulled up the sink water stopper(which was broken) & I pulled a crap load of hair. Put the stopper back & I couldn't use the sink from that point on. This was about 5pm on 1.2.25. We couldn't brush our teeth, wash our faces or I couldn't shave! Not a very happy camper! Yes, I was completely neglected, because they say the couldn't fix it until the next day! was completely neglected!

My stay here was great. Staff were nice and gave no issues when asked questions. Breakfast was great since they offered scrambled eggs and sausage patties ( along with cereal and waffles). Room was a bit small but workable and could cast to the tv from my phone was fantastic. Will stay again

Room was very small & stuffy. When you shower the whole room gets damp. Air conditioners unit when blowed out air smelled really bad like moldy musty smell. We were only allowed 1 towel per stay & if we wanted a clean towel I was told to take my dirty towel to the front office to exchange for clean towel but before 9 am only! Walls are paper thin could hear all my neighbors in the surrounding rooms. Do not stay here it’s NOT WORTH THE MONEY

The room was clean and well-maintained, which is always my top priority when booking a hotel. The location worked well for what I needed in San Diego, and check-in/check-out were both straightforward with friendly staff. The only real downside was the noise level. You could hear some noise from neighboring rooms and there was some activity going on outside in the early morning that made it hard to stay asleep through the morning.
