The spacious 3-story home offers dual master bedrooms One has 2 queen beds. The other master bed, on 3rd floor, offers a king bed along with a small balcony to view the AMAZING SUNSETS!! The 2nd floor room consists of the fully stocked kitchen, dining area, living room and access to a small private balcony. Out front, there is a large patio with ocean views, a built in BBQ and a large dining table with seating for 6. Come enjoy this cozy Mission Beach home.
2-car garage, full size washer/dryer.
If you decide to venture out, you can get to most major San Diego attractions such as Old Town, Sea World, and the Zoo within a 15 minute drive.
There is multiple bus routes that run along Mission Boulevard. Pacific Beach is also a hot spot for Uber & Lyft!
During our summer peak season there is a 7-night minimum stay renting from Saturday to Saturday.
This very clean private home offers a 2-car garage with remote opener and a full size washer/dryer.
Please take the garage dimensions into consideration when booking. San Diego Sunset does not guarantee your vehicle will be able to fit in the parking space provided, nor are we able to provide additional parking if the assigned parking is too small.

Pretty Good House - great location
Finding a house that sleeps 10, has a dinner table that seats 10, a garage for two cars and a minimum of 3 bathrooms, in a certain price point, close to the ocean - it's a tall order. This house ticked a lot of those boxes. The kitchen was also stocked to cook and eat for 10 people - which can also be unusual in rentals. However, there are no vents in any of the bathrooms which was uncomfortable - especially the main bathroom right by the kitchen :-( The communal area was a little cramped ... but we were on the beach most of the time. And check in and check out was at a separate location which was inconvenient compared to onsite as is customary. Also, had to "rent" beach towels, wash them and then return them on check out - super inconvenient plus we did pay a cleaning fee !!! There's nothing "wrong" with this rental home but it also wasn't fantastic. I wouldn't stay here again - but I wouldn't say that others should stay away. We had family members staying at three other houses in the area and I would rate all of their rentals as better than this. This was fine. 9 people - 9 beds ... one house off the beach. It got the job done.
