Well appointed kitchen, great space to cook, eat, hang out for 14 of us from 9mo. babe to 66yr old. Excellent views just like in the photos. Glad we had both penthouses to get a break from bright sun in #7. No stairs from covered parking to apt was a requirement for us, and elevator worked great. Great places to walk, easy access to SD sights. Great place for an O’Hana reunion, would stay again!

You cannot beat the location and the views. We took over the entire top floor and it was amazing. On top of that, the kitchens had everything you needed to cook and feed our gang. Management couldn’t make it easier.

Amazing time

We had a full family of 22 here and had a great time. The views are amazing, the whole house was up to do date with renovated bathrooms, the views are amazing, and the hosts were very responsive.

Great Place

Was a great stay. Came in with a bunch of family for wedding. They really made the stay so nice. To our surprise, they had the condo very nicely equipped. Soaps, body wash etc. Was all around a great experience.

It was a wonderful week!!

Property was perfect for the 15 of us, plenty of beds and rooms. The ability to go between the two units was easy and allowed us to spend most of the time together. The property manager was amazing--always responded nearly immediately and provided much helpful local info and answered any questions. Two minor issues during the week were promptly resolved. Walking distance to the beach and a short drive to many attractions and restaurants. Everyone had a great time.

Wedding/Family get together

16 family members stayed in the 2 condos. There was definitely room for everyone. A tiny glitch with the password but it was solved immediately. And they double checked to make sure all was well. Excellent view, we saw dolphins, seals, and a small whale while sitting in the living room. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic view, wonderful penthouse

We had a wonderful stay at these penthouse suites for a family reunion spanning three generations, from a 1-year-old to an 85-year-old! The elevator was perfect for the older generation, and the kitchen in the larger suite worked out perfectly for prepping meals for 18 people. There were beautiful sunsets almost every night and even a great view of the Sea World fireworks! We appreciated the toiletries in the bathrooms and the well-equipped kitchens!

Family reunion

We had several sets of families kids and without kids and it was a perfect location for everyone. The views into the ocean, and the bay were amazing. We saw boats, seals, and dolphins right from our window, and the kids were amazed.

Awesome Place

We were in town for a family reunion - rented both units. Fantastic location. And off-street parking - which is super important in SD. Both units we clean and matched the online description. Our whole party loved it. One night, we had dinner for 28 and there were plenty of seats and dishes. Would definitely recommend.

5 Stars all the way around

Fantastic penthouse on the southend of Mission Beach right near the volleyball and basketball courts and all the best surf. The beach is incredible and the location is about a half mile down from where the high traffic area so it doesn't feel like everyone is on top of you. Dana and team were super communicative all throughout and came by within the hour to help us get the modem reset for internet. We had 19 people (five families) staying in both units and it easily accommodated us. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a spacious unit with amazing views. It is also fully equipped with everything you would have at home. They also have two Weber BBQ's so we grilled out almost every night!

Great Property

We stayed in this property for a week with a relatively large group. The communications were clear and thoughtful, the amenities were great, and the location was top-notch. Absolutely Fantastic Views and Location

The views from all rooms of this penthouse are just amazing. We had family members with limited mobility and this place is perfect and inclusive. No one misses out. Everyone can be together and watch the word go by. The elevator makes it completely accessible. The views makes it completely unforgettable. Comfortable furnishings. Clean. Fully stocked kitchen. No scrimping on trash bags or toilet paper which is sometimes frustrating. Just wonderful. I really can’t say enough good things.

Location and views

We enjoyed the location, the views and the spaciousness of the apartment. The apartment was well stocked so there was no need to bring in extra dishes etc. The cleanliness was not quite up to par. We found a bunch of hair on the sheets in one of the master bedrooms, the kitchen cabinets were not clean, neither were the mirrors behind the door. When we had an issues with the electrical, it was solved immediately. Overall we had a great time - thank you!
