This place is in terrible condition and needs a good cleaning in the parking area. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, no desk chair and there is a charge for WIFI. I didn't even think that was a thing anymore.

Definitely not a place to stay the key cards hardly worked there was no hot running water for about 1 whole day when we stayed .Theres a lot of strange activity going on late night and even in the early morning. There was graffiti writing on the furniture and the walls . There was no amenities. Staff wasn’t much help eaither . Don’t stay here.

I would never stay there again, nor would I recommend anyone else stay there. It should be closed down.

When I arrived at 7:00 pm there was a sign back at 7:35. when I got there at 7:40 there was another sign "On break". The jacuzzi was not even warm. Noise from other guests all night. Parking is horrible!!!

Everything was so easy to handle

Easy checkin pleasant staff, clean room.

Card system not working properly

it was in a convienient location for old town and sea world it was also a scary area with homeless close by only one eatery . overall room was not clean and there was animal poop on sidewalk next to door

Many things were messed up or broken in the room only stayed 1 night instead of 3.

Night Attendant guy is excellent - professional, friendly, knowledgeable. Place is improving, checkin is now using modern tablet vs paper. Guards aren't on your back all suspiciously staring and in your face. This time I got one of the renovated rooms -- it's a start. New tiled shower surrounds, TV & refer (needed defrosting) worked, all lamps worked, clean, no running toilet. Paid for internet FAIL separate service never worked & like pulling teeth to get refund gone weekends. Made to feel like I'm ripping them off, like I have the time to wait on hold to argue for my $7. I'll call much after so they can't possibly prove there *was no service or dispute with my bank. They ought to have access to our login info, IP address, duration logged-on, name, room# instantly. They have to consult this or that, ask their mom. All bs. Simply logon to the gateway as admin to view the log to verify that I paid with credit card XXXX spent xx:xx online with 192.168.xxx.xxx at XXMbps speed, that THEIR hotspot assigned to me. What are they using, 3 x 5 cards or something? Technology company using an abacus these days I swear. Anyway, maybe 1/4 of the rooms are renovated and it's a little more chill here lately. Thanks folks.

Dirty, for the price I would have expected to be clean, well maintained and it was far from it. The room was old, the bathroom smelly, the moldings had stains, rotten and mold. Noisy at night. You have to bring your own shampoo, I used one of the towels to clean the mirror I could barely see myself with how blurry it was. Overall I didn’t like the place, I saw workers remodeling rooms. That might be it but for the time being it’s far from being in good condition.

Front desk is always friendly. They're fixing up the units - slowly. This unit was unprepared for occupancy (trash under the bed, behind bathroom door that didn't close, freezer frosted completely to size to admit a pot pie, desk lamp unplugged, one soap, one tv, one bucket no plastic bag, no cups, window not lockable, a/c set to 52F.

Good for the price

I liked it all no complaints

The room was not what we expected! The pictures online doesn’t match the rooms. We had dirty sheets, no towels, no anything, no wifi, had to go to target to buy actual clean sheets and pillows. Felt itchy the whole time. We were moved to a non smoking room and the room smelled the whole time. Lysol and febreze couldn’t help the odor. With the amount of money I spent extra from buying amenities I couldve just booked another hotel. I am very y satisfied. We even had to make our own do not disturb sign. We didn’t want our items confused with their dirty stained pillows and sheets.
