Incredible views. Literally steps from mission bay. Very short walk to the ocean side as well. Incredible location, it was just me and my wife, but I wish I had taken the kids with us. Lots of fun things to do. My wife also enjoyed an in-home massage arranged by Avante for her birthday.

Amazing place to stay in

Very clean, beautiful view, so close to the beach( very clean beach ), u will have everything u need there from kitchen equipment to surfing boards, kayaks, bikes, game boards, beach toys, thank u so much im coming back soon

Super clean and great beach access. House was really nice. Downstairs beds were a little warn. Owner was very accessible and helpful and the beach gear was amazing( paddle boards, sand castle tools and beach towels were all available in the garage for us.

Our stay here was wonderful. The house is clean, it has everything you need, and the views are spectacular! We spent time on the rooftop patio and it was so relaxing. The location was great for morning walks, with many restaurant and bar options within walking distance. Our host was very helpful and so friendly! We definitely will book here again. Thank you for making my wife's birthday so special! She is beyond happy.

Great Location

A lovely property just steps from the beach. A great spot if you like being around the action. Comfortable beds and great tvs. Kids loved the bunk beds too!

We had a wonderful stay. The location was amazing, being so close to the bay and the beach. We could walk or bike almost everywhere we went. The house was perfect for our family and very comfortable. The putting green, ping pong table, and rooftop patio made it extra special. The check-in process was easy, and all of our questions were answered quickly. I would highly recommend this property.

Great place for a golf trip. Only negative I can even think of is that the water pressure on the bottom floor is really low. Otherwise a great spot.

Amazing location

Last-minute booking for a Thanksgiving getaway. Beautiful property, outstanding location, very responsive management team. Amazing view from both patios. Great access through garage for easy loading and unloading. Plenty of room for 12 of us, six kids six adults

Perfect vacation house

This was an amazing place to stay. Everything is in walking distance really don’t even need a car. Beautiful house very clean and spacious. I would definitely come back here. The company was very quick to respond to a few questions I had and were very helpful.

This property is in a terrific location. We would have enjoyed better clothes washing and dryer machines, table linens, better quality brooms and two vacuums - one for each level. Interior entry floor mats would help. Spa location could use an uplift. There were no plastic glasses available which were missed. We will return if a new washer and.dryer were in place.

Absolutely loved it!

Group of 6 adults staying right on the bay with a great rooftop, what more could you ask for! Great location, great check in process, has everything you need! Plenty of towels, stocked with enough amenities, bbq. Only request would be that the knives were sharper and if there were some sort of serving tray to serve food on. Simple request that would not keep me from staying there again!! Fantastic place!!

Great spot for a chill family getaway

Catamaran's location as well as the layout of the unit worked great for our getaway with our three 30-something kids and 6 month old grandson. Between the infant and the not quite beach weather we spent a lot of time in the unit and appreciated the amenities, the living spaces and the views -- especially from the rooftop patio! When we were up for venturing out it was awesome to have such an easy walk to nearby Pacific Beach. The ping pong table and the putting green were fun, but I look forward to returning when the weather is more conducive to paddle boarding in Sail Bay. We didn't have any need to contact AvantStay while there but pre-trip communication with their team was great.

Would have liked to have had a popcorn air popper and a crock pot The kitchen was very well equipped otherwise. We needed more than two towels for kitchen and also didn't have potholders but they were delivered promptly. The location and view were spectacular and we loved all the outdoor seating on 3 levels. The house was also equipped with 2 bikes, paddleboards and beach toys including cornhole. The hot tub was a welcomed addition as well as the Ping pong table. and putting green. On the negative side these would be our comments :The fans are very noisy and also the rooms are not very insulated for sound. Would also be advantageous if a small gate was installed at the top on the kitchen living room floor as the steps are very steep and children could easily slip and fall down them. The two bedrooms beds seem to only be full not queen. Also the dryer never worked during our entire stay which we really needed for towels and family laundry. There are many things we enjoyed about this beautiful property and We very much enjoyed our stay here and will return!!!!Forgot to mention that the customer service 24 hours a day was very efficient and always responded. They would take our concern to the Host and action would be taken. Our biggest dilemma that we had to adjust to was the clothes dryer as it never worked but we believe a work order was generated for repair after our check out.
