There is just one point that the guest truly cannot understand: why the room and the access code were provided at 3:45, yet the code would not become valid until 4:00. Are those 15 minutes really that important to you? If this question were clearly explained, it would probably lead to better business for you. Please understand that those 15 minutes matter greatly to the guest.

Didn’t like the inability to contact the hotel due to their contactless approach. I did what they asked and texted a number to get in touch, I sent them an email and VM, still received no response. The room I booked was misleading and I thought it was larger with a rooftop patio as shown on the picture of the room when I booked. Room also stated that it came with dinner which wasn’t even offered when I receiced all my informatin . Very misleading ovrrall.

NO Oceanview! I used the filter for rooms with an Oceanview and this room popped up as an option. There was a painting of an oceanview but that’s was is. Room was clean and cute but not what I was expecting.

Wonderful mission beach stay! The room had a great kitchenette and small dining table/chairs. Super close to the beach. We rented the free bicycles and rode up the coast which was super fun! Private hot tub was great to relax in at the end of the day.

I was only at the boardwalk hotel one night, but it was a GREAT night. As a solo female traveler, I felt super safe staying here and enjoyed all of the high-tech features of the room included the heated toilet seat, 10/10 for that alone! I got a discount at the Olive Cafe next door and everyone in the immediate area was super friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommend the location and the accomodations. My only wish is that I could have stayed here one more night, darn work! :)

We loved this little gem. The room was impeccable. You could feel the extra care with the finishing touches. The kitchen was equipped with what we needed and more. The patio was a great little private space and the room was extremely comfortable. It was right by the bay and beach and next to a parking lot. Would love to book here again.
