The hotel is under construction and the advertised pool, hot tub and gym are not available. We had just driven nine hours with young kids and had booked a place with a pool so our kids could burn off some energy. The woman at the front desk was very nice and offered to cancel our reservation, but we had nowhere else to go. Expedia needs to update this property to reflect both the construction and the lack of advertised amenities.

The internet was down when I arrived for my check in. The clerk wrote my card number down on a piece of paper to run when the internet came back up. (My fault I should have just left). When I got to my room the internet was still down and the Television only had local channels. The room was warm so I turned on the A/C. It sounded like a busted chainsaw so I just shut it down. At 3:30 am I woke up and couldn't get back to sleep so I left and checked out. Horrible place!!!
